Teenager - The Teenager cup is perfect for younger ladies starting to make a switch to a more eco-friendly period - also with a light-medium flow. This cup holds 18ml. However, ladies who have a low cervix and lighter flow may also be suited to this cup - for example, ladies experiencing menopause or peri-menopause who may have a lighter flow and lower cervix. (a super tampon holds approximately 9 - 12mls).
18 + - These cups are perfect for ladies with a normal - heavier flow as this cup can hold up to 23mls. This cup is also perfect for women who have given birth vaginally and have a normal height cervix.
30+ - For ladies with an especially heavy flow and for ladies that have given birth vaginally. Your cervix may also be high. This cup holds up to 30 ml.
